For fu`ck sake take your own advice. Did "being sold off as fresh meat" imply anything to you? They got hacked before the lists were released, and info was on the lists a couple of weeks after. I'm going off memory here, so "like 09", which you said was between 08-09, was a rough guess, the "like" was meant to say "Somewhere around that time, as I'm not certain" all in one word.

It doesn't matter what you're talking about, he's talking about previously to the update of the website, that if they have your ID you're extremely vulnerable. Which is true because in the past they just needed your email address in order to bypass your password. Which even now is true. You see that now, because it is currently still true.

The methods on this very site lmfao. I could change any email address within 4-6 weeks. I guess that's the benefit of doing your own research. See the thing of the email change is it bypasses the whole ticket bull sh`it.
