As to the hacking situation, it has been common for the last few weeks.
Strangely enough, having one of your accounts hacked does not mean the others will be.
I was hacked on one of my mules, which had no traceable email or password, and only a few items were taken (Roughly 20b). The person then proceeded to "PLAY" the account, for reasons unknown. They left 225k NX on it, did not delete any characters, and did not drop it's reverse equips or try to explode them. I of course, had to be sure, did not touch the account for a week. I came back finding 11k NX had been used and it's equips had been switched (Not dropped or traded).
I can safely say it is just people randomly phishing for accounts. I later saw 1 of the VIP kataras sold for 1.5b (Worth maybe 13b) in a store, which also had another copy of a VIP weapon on the account.
This is not the work of someone who knows what they're doing.
This is the work of someone guessing information.
Now, as for the trade hack.
I'm sorry, but it didn't happen. Your friend most likely traded them to his/her friend the same way, but lost them.
