How is this even possible?

Do crafted items in JMS have a green 'made by:' line at the bottom? If so, the weapon itself must have dropped or came from gach.

Edit@^ DKhanjars drop in JMS, reverse shoes are crap, and their zhelms a 4/4/4/4 iirc.

The rate is that high there?
It drops in MSEA too(Neo Tokyo) but the drop rate is so low that it cost billions here, especially 3 liners.
