10m is way too cheap. It would have to be 50m at least. Less than 40m/kNX would be, as other people said, like free NX.
In all it'd be a terrible idea for nexon as a company. Players are buying stuff that should bring in money, without paying them, so it's basically lost money for them.
A better idea would be simply making cash shop items tradeable with other players for mesos. That way all items in the CS are still bought by real cash, so there's no lost profit.
