Old PvP system or New PvP system?

Didn't play during the old system.
The new system is hilarious when you get the "Fist of Doom" item. Getting Quad+ kills with Sanc = lulzy.

That was potentially possible with the old system as it'd like quadruple your attack or make it something absurd. I just don't like how people can just come in and ultimate, die, then ultimate again picking off anyone within range and with below 50% HP.
