I don't think there's anymore hair or eyes for a Deluxe Android. All of the VIP and EXP ones are already in there and I don't think they'd add the Royal ones.
Deluxe Android is just for more slots on the hearts. Crystal Hearts have 5 slots, while Gold Hearts only have 3, so it's a potential 4 more W.Att/M.Att, assuming you use 60%s.
