It almost sounds like it's a privilege killing 2D pixel bosses these days... but then again... maybe those other people "invested" 2000 dollars or more in a 2D pixel game so they"re "better" and more "honorable" then your friends? Do you really want to abandon them for that?
Just join that other guild with another char, chat with them so you know who they are, and run with them on your "main".
Never abandon your friends for money... that's how I see it...
