Well, in kMS they gave you a choice of 5 mastery books that work 100% of the time anyway.
Spirit Link: Phoenix 30
Illusion Step 30
Advanced Final Attack 30
Hurricane 30
Sharp Eyes 30
That's for bowmasters. I don't know for Marksmen.
The requirement to use them is 5 SP in the skill.
