If you are truly good, you can carry your team in most situations and get up to the level of better players. You'll also deal with this crap a lot less often, because better players aren't as stupid as the whiny asshats. Unfortunately, you'll still get whiny asshats from time to time because they believe they're better than a lot of people. And on the extreme end of things (2k+ elo), everyone will think they're better than everyone else and rage at everyone xD
