The overreaction, though, is the lawsuit. I mean, she got his character killed? Big deal, so he lost some EXP. They never said she deleted his character, but I keep wondering if perhaps that's what she actually did.
Actually, I assumed it was character deletion as well. If it really was just loss of EXP then that's beyond extreme overreaction. Sure, I'd be pissed at having lost a probable years' efforts lost (did that make sense? lol), but hell, I wouldn't run around dropping lawsuits on someone's ass cuz they deleted my char. =\ For that matter, I'd actually LOVE that. lol +1 reason to quit maple.
