It affect the hackers, but also the legits as well. MSEA implemented a 30 fames requirement to get in MD since last patch, and we found tons of botters walking in and out from the MD, all having 30 fames. Legits will probably suffer the most, most players nowadays don't really care about their fame anyway, maybe until the infamous Chaos patch.
