What is the best way to assess...

how much you should be paying for a epic vs. unique vs. rare items?

I mean, as in whether its worth it to purchase them at the price they are set at. Is there any rule of thumb you guys follow, or have any guideline to price measures you use when buying potential items from the FM.

I know its all subjective and based on the server, so any rough guidelines would be great.
