I used ad reds and quints, armor yellow, mp reg/level blue. I wasn't able to do the standard blue path completely, but luckily I had opportunity to gank so it was not in vayne 
I'll have to mess around with runes to find out how to maximize his jungling capabilities but he's an ok champ so far. Definitely not all that UP.
I built wriggles, boots 1, cutlass, boots 5 and they surrendered.
