Also, no. The flying skill itself has 10 levels (according to the JMS WZ files, even). It has all of the levels listed in this thread - level 10's time being "30000." Lol.
As far as I'm aware, it's not possible to level up the skill. I'll check again tomorrow once JMS' patch is complete, but I'm fairly sure there's no possible way to level it up.
