If this does what it says and doesn't cost a ridiculous amount, I can see using this for the time remaining on the 1.5X BP/EXP PvP event. That's pretty much all I do to level nowadays anyways. Also, I was prefinishing Future quests for a grand jackpot reward with 2X Quest Booster, but they removed them before I could finish so I guess if these work, I can be happy about that too.
