I got ridiculously lucky on most of my equips, my gloves turned unique after about 7 cubes (rare to unique), my cape took about 15 or so, and my belt went from rare to epic to unique in 2 cubes.
Lately i haven't been getting so lucky though, with my items mostly staying rare/epic or getting absolutely bullshit stats, i used about 20-30 cubes on my overall hoping it would work much the same way, it stayed rare the whole time and kept throwing me STR +8, Weapon Def +110 and other crap over and over again. I got it to 3% INT and just said screw it.
Damn Nexon RNG.
