BS 25999-2:2007 is part 2 of BS 25999, which is a standard for business continuity; the first part is implementation and regulations, the second part is the minimum requirements that, by law, every company regardless of size or scope that has online or even simply electrical services MUST FOLLOW. The second part goes over what a company must do to become registered with BS 25999, which, to quote, "the organization must be able to demonstrate that its business continuity management system has been fully operative for a minimum of three months and has been subject of a full cycle of internal audits".

I'm probably half right/half wrong but when any company offers a free service they aren't legally obligated to give any customer service/support, so while that is probably right for any service you have to pay for it doesn't apply to Nexon.
