Seems like they're preparing a new part of Time Temple.

...then what would happen? We have no evidence that this isn't some huge Matrix-esque device, or simply one large dream. The evidence actually points that way.

I want you to do me a favor.
In place of "the evidence", actually say something.

...and then screwed up the summoning. Remember, he was only around for a minute or so?

Who screwed up the summoning?
It wasn't a member of the Black Wings.

With nexon, it's one or the other. Usually the latter.

Herpderp. Nexon's incompetent. That's hilarious.

I can see Neinheart being the Black Mage, really. He tries to dissuade the Empress Cygnus from helping Mercedes, is the only non-corrupted person in Future Ereve, and looks just... menacing.
I can't see him being a hero, he's too wussy to be a pirate or a thief. But, he's been with cygnus for however long she's been in power, which is quite some time...
hmmm.

He tries to dissuade Cygnus from helping Mercedes? That's news to me. I'd love to see a source.
What I do know is that he:
a) Tried to convince Cygnus not to attack LHC. She didn't listen. The Knights got blamed for Ifnia's death, and Von Leon ended up joining the Black Mage.
b) Tried to convince Cygnus not to go after the World Tree. She didn't listen. It turned out to be a trap, and she ended up turning psychotically evil.
