It's like hazing; a rite of passage. You just have to not say anything along the lines of "takin lyk dis" and "LOL WUT iZ DIZ?"
And try to avoid the crazy statements and anything that could be considered a personal attack on someone's plan. For example:
"lol your opinion is stupid. No way in nexon's history hs that happened. They not gunn do it"
