I haven't tried it with my cleric yet but my archer's AE was able to hit both floors on all of the maps that I tried. I thought the heal range was identical but I never looked it up.
Either way, I'd rather run & heal a whole floor so they all bunch up at the end, kill them and then repeat on the other floor. More fun and just as fast
If you were weaker Mr.Anchor would probably be bad...
But as soon as you are doing decent damage I'd argue that hitting 6 monsters EVERY time will be alot better exp.
