I hope you realize that the ToS is just to save their butts from being sued.
It does not define good customer service.

Most stores have these sorts of agreements too, but to keep loyal customers, they do more than the bare minimum.

Every company needs document it's written law. NEXON's ToS states they only have to do bare minimum. If you don't like then there's a simple solution:look the other way.
