- You could have easily sold that shoulderpad and ended up with enough money for him to make an even better one in a few days.
- Those emblems could have been used or saved for plenty of better investments. Or, ya know, wait until Jump to just buy the Rising Sun recipes.
- Your friend invested absolutely nothing in nor gave nothing back.
Really though, I hardly can feel sorry for anyone who invested in shoulderpads recently.
For one, you made the shoulderpad on Friday, but we've known about the next patch since Tuesday.
Plus, come on, I couldn't be the only one who predicted that the 5th Chaos would introduce an equip that would totally outdo everything currently available in that category?
No one needs to feel sorry, and yeah he rarely does for me in return, at least in the same manner, but it's not really a problem. I'll get my stuff no matter what, and I'm good at finding a profit in everything I do, and I don't even merch, so it's fine. I knew about the shoulder pads, I've been playing long enough to know Nexon would eventually give us Silent Crusade, cause they do, actually like to give us what we want the most in other versions, and even if it hadn't been this, and now, it'd have been something else.
He wanted it, I was presented with a challenge... I completed it, even when confronted with my own selfishness. Now I can drag him to w/e boss I want, I'm not in a major group, I'm too inconsistent, so having him and a few others to force into getting me to bosses, is good enough payment for me.
All I know is, I can't wait to get these shoulders pads, there's nothing I don't like about Silent Crusade. I'll completely my rising sun set soon, and when we can defeat empress, work on my 140 set. Even if I have to buy everything cause I can't get into runs. This will be fun imo.
