It's another person's take on Ponying the Cowboy Bebop opening. I'm really digging this guy's effort put into making it all very crisp and smooth. Also I don't know my moonspeak, did the person manage to write "Pony" in Japanese at the end?
Wow, thats like 1000x better than the other one and yes it does say pony in japanese (although I didn't know it used a ー at the end).
