Do the "Silent Crusade" quests. They ask you to defeat area bosses from throughout the entire Maple World. After you've completed the quest chain, repeat a quest or two until you have around 250 coins or something. Trade those coins in to the guy with the off-white hair for ranked medals. Once you have the proper rank of medal, talk to the wooden box thing and buy the shoulder pad for 7.5m. You can buy as many as you wish.
