Itachi should still have the regenerative abilities of Edo Tensei though. All Shusui's eyes did was relieve Itachi of Kabuto's control through the protect Konoha command. Thinking about it now, it would've been instant endgame for Sasuke the second he used Amaterasu on Naruto if the crow wasn't wasted on Itachi. At this point Itachi should be immortal and able to die whenever he feels.
Though I'm a bit worried since Madara has Shusui's other eye. If Madara can properly use the genjutsu, then he can control whoever he likes. Actually he probably needed Shusui's eyes to do his moon plan.
the only thing I don't get is what Itachi meant in the lower left panel regarding Senju Hashirama. If it's what I think it is, the crow might be able to be used again if the joint army can recapture Yamato.
