54 is gloves, as SE is the only 120 skill in Old.
That means there is another skill (level 120) on gloves. Probably either Adv. Bless or SI.

55 gets 2 skills too, both level 70. One in Old, one in New. That means it's probably CO on either hat, shoes or bottom.

51 gets 2 skills too, one level 70 (old), one level 120 (new). Means Adv. Bless or SI is on hat, shoes or bottom.

Loling, because you won't be able to get decent SE and decent SI (prob SI, not Advanced Bless). The old decent skills can't be obtained on legendary items.
inb4 people cube for decent SE on perfect gloves and bump up to Legendary by accident.
