What items would these new decent skills be on?

We don't know, but I'm betting that the 120 skills will be Advanced Bless and Speed Infusion (because they're a 4th job skill, like SE).

Any info on what equips the new useful skills will be available on?
I can only think of cape, earring, belt, or pendant.

Or, alternatively:

What's stopping these new abilities to hit equips that already have the first set? Wind Booster sounds like I'd expect on a glove ect ect.
