fine, less useful.
I realize that not everyone will have legendary equips, but even still, decent HB (and especially this new PvP decent skills glitch) has made DrK's far less needed in parties.
Any info on what equips the new useful skills will be available on?
I can only think of cape, earring, belt, or pendant.

What's stopping these new abilities to hit equips that already have the first set? Wind Booster sounds like I'd expect on a glove ect ect.
