With that said, if you have AP invested into HP, does that mean you will not get those missing AP back? Say, 50 AP went into HP, and you're a level 130 DrK.

Would you be missing the 50 AP after you reset, or would you get the same amount back as a regular, non-HP washed DrK? If that made sense.
I'm not sure what you mean... the 50 AP in HP will still be there after using the reset.
