I see that as a possible reason, but I highly doubt it. If I didn't think they dropped I wouldn't be wasting nx/time hunting them.
Well there's also the possibility that NexonNA screwed up the droptable. Remember when the Lunar Dews didn't drop for anyone other than warriors? They were listed, but NexonNA broke the option of having them drop. Although I tend to believe that option is the LAST / FINAL option people can come to if they're really desperate to say otherwise.
