Why do ppl like the angelic ring so much?

9% LUK..? wat. It's 1/2/3 for 1st tier. Having 3/3/3 is highly unlikely. 3/2/2 is unlikely too. 3/2/random stat is more than likely, so the average will be 5% LUK. 5 weapon attack is better than 5% LUK for me.
