I've gotten to 60 again with my Pally, and by the end of hot time I hope to be 70, which is a respectable level to ask how Elemental charges work 
I know they're a buff that make you do elemental damage, my question is if they stack, i remember reading that lighting charge could be gotten to stack but I don't remember how. The last time I was high enough level to use them they worked differently.
Can someone hit me up with some learning?
