No, jiraya said he mastered all 6 types of chakra at the age of 10.
That's all 5 elements + Yin/yang release.
Yin/Yang release is what you use for non-elemental jutsus, aka genjutsu, medical jutsu and so on.

He also installed mental barrier in all of his minions to prevent people from accessing secret information.
