[MSEA] Nautilus Port: The Pirates are coming

Is it me or the two people involved in the pirate quest are named Bart and Lisa, like from the simpsons?

There's more than one NPC that gives that quest. Chief Stan does, Lisa does, the toy soldier that ask you to kill things in Eos Tower does, and Chief Tomato or whatever his name is does too.
