I agree completely. I've been level 200 for little over a year now and their are still so many things to do in Maplestory. I don't personally boss or care much about damage or stats. The one thing that keeps me playing are the numerous friends I have made. I don't know about other servers, but their are tons of people in Mardia who don't just train or focus on upgrading their equips everyday. Their are vast majority of people who sit around in the FM all day just chatting it up.
The Traits have also been another fun thing to level up. Not for the stats, but for the cute medals you get at level 20, 60, and 100. Mostly because I also collect medals (Currently 41 and counting) and I also collect and buy chairs because its somewhat of an addiction.
To stay on topic: I got Decent Haste for my Bishop (: Not sure why but I was just bored. I also got Decent Haste for my NL (LOL) and Decent HB for my WH. I just wish Stirgeman Skirts existed so I could get Decent HB for my Bishop since I don't want to Cube Android Pants ):
