A better question would be what Xbow should I majorly scroll next? Planning on trying to land a couple 30%'s on a Heckler.
Well, it really depends on what you could find and afford, I used a 67 ATT Maple Crossbow and then I upgraded to a 79 ATT Rower. When you get to level 43 and if you have the funds to scroll a Maple Crossbow then that is what I suggest you do. Other wise you could just wait and save funds to make a good Rower (70%'s are so cheap ^_^).
As for equips, get a Spiegelmann Necklace and save for a Zakum Helm.
