It seems like the earrings need to get PSoked first before it can be moved around. Nexon made these higher level accessories so wierd to be moved around. Some of the items you can freely move, trade or sell it across without any P/Soks ONLY before equipping it. They bind on equip which makes them untradeable, but then you can make them tradeable using a P/SoK if it says you can. This applies to other lv120 belts and face accessories. Lv120 shoulderpads are untradeable and unsokable once you equip them.
At least that's what I had my experiences on. I made some face accessories and shoulderpads that said they were untradeable and needed a psok at first but only to find that I can put them in storage.
