Mane cast: Pinkie Pie's wackiness and 4th wall charm is very hard to resist, but I still like dat AJ. I'd say they're tied as my fave. No wait, Pinkie Pie is slightly ahead. Curse you, Pinkie Pie!

Oh yes. It's indeed fun to listen to. They usually ask guests their favorite pony/episode, and then delve off into recent happenings like the whole Lauren Faust stepping down, Fox News and ponies, etc. There were also fun moments like other bronies, include female fans, sharing their experience telling other people about the show.
I've yet to listen to the other ones just yet, like the Diamond Dogs podcast. I'm sure they have potential as well.
