Uruyuu's pretty damn weak. It seems like in every single arc he fights one battle. One. In every arc. And he usually looses them, and if he doesn't lose them, he barely wins them while being slightly alive. Uruyuu's cool and all, but his fights are boring, and he has no real significant abilities. Sort of like Ichigo right now. But like I posted before, if it's true that Bleach is in the bottom row of Jump Manga on their rankings, I wouldn't be surprised if it went on the chopping block and got cancelled.
