Very similar to the Dark Token incident at Jr. Newties. I wonder if this was not just an event designed to make money, and to avoid the hate from fans and gamer sites they call it an accident and stop it with an "emergency" server maintenance (conspiracy theories ftw). Either that or they just took the droptables copypasta from another version and forgot to check if the 100% scroll IDs looked ok. I do not think the WS is the cause. They will probably keep dropping, the rates for them was much lower after all.
At least this time, not even the poor/non NX users were left out. Free tickets to all different CS inventory types (explorer, DB, Aran and so on).
