Indeed. When I went to research on him, he didn't appear to have that many appearances. The thing about him that makes him relevant is that he's in an ongoing series of comics right now. Like Spidey says, it's up to Marvel to pick who they want representing their side- what Marvel wants is to promote characters in ongoing or recent works.

Also, if Wesker doesn't have his sunglasses, how will he do his hyper where he pulls off his sunglasses?
