Got my Bandit from 65 to 70 pretty fast and it was fun. I only fought level 30 - 69 people.
I've seen levels 165 and 147 in 70+ mode. Makes it hard, but it's still not bad. What makes it difficult is that most people have a larger variety of skills and you're only starting to get yours, but after leveling a couple of times, you'll get used to the new skills.
