We all knew legend mode allowed potential effects, but does nexon's new description say veterans will also allow "nerfed" potential?
It doesn't say anything for rookie or gladiator, but starting from veteran it says the items and equipment effects "may be reduced"?
Veteran: The Veteran tier is available for all Maplers above level 120. All skills can be used. Item and equipment effects may be reduced for balance purposes.
Legend: The Legend tier is available for all Maplers above level 180. All skills can be used. Items and equipment give their full effects in this tier. However, no Battle Mode potions will drop in this mode.
