The invitations give you unlimited access to the temple rooms for 1 hour. This means you can enter and leave as you please.
You go into a training map as soon as you get an invitation. You will have a 30 minute timer on the map. Once youre booted from the map, go back in again. Now! Once the timer at the top of the screen says 2 minutes or so, LEAVE! You will get to go back in once again and have a full timer.
