I'd like to point out that the highest item droprate in Maple history is the level 10 Metal Axe, which dropped from Slimes at around a 1 in 100 rate.
Course, that's pre-potential, I haven't done a complete survey of Maple since then. PMCHs dropped from Cold Eyes around 1 in 250.
My best estimate is most equips are around 1 in 500 to 1 in 5000 now (which speaks volumes for the hideously low rates they used to have)
