I never said they were KMS's fault. GMS has been experience these types of issues for years.
For example, Horntail signup has been broken for a year now.
There are also unresolved tickets from the mass database breach that happened years ago.

Probability of receiving points is directly related to how much your character is a Hero.
Maybe if you're stocking up (only for the super-pro if we're talking about something like Pam's Song or Shielding Wards), but if you're just a casual Nx buyer, with maybe 30k to spend, they'll make more money off them this way.
They're undeniably getting worse, and it's taking Nexon longer to solve them.
