Yes, some theories are based on fact. Where as some aren't until it's proved. But we won't be able to prove this one because I highly doubt there will be a "Nexon lose %%%% money in Q2" if they did just so happen to lose money.
Also keep in mind that Maplestory isn't Nexon's only game.
It would take an enormous amount of overhead for them to reduce profits from the previous year.
