Simple answer: No.
What I'm saying is a lot of people are gonna simply judge her on this song with 'Friday' and her reputation in the past year on hand. Not on this song for what it is. If you don't like the song, you don't like the song. If you like the song, you like the song. But there's no reason in judging the quality of HER for what she puts out, doing that just means you have something against her and not her content, which is hurdur cause she's just being a kid and YEAH, probably wants her 15 minutes of fame, just like every musician by standards of today really.
EDIT - I'm only saying all this because I felt that you were calling her pathetic for this, not the song pathetic; which doesn't seem that fair. Correct me if I'm wrong.
