I never said Square Enix paid for their rating nor did I say that all companies with high ratings paid for them.
What I did imply was that any such corruption makes all the ratings meaningless.

Really though, I get a chuckle every time someone cites the BBB.

The ratings still come out of somewhere, and if they gave Square Enix an A+ there must be a reason, which isn't necessarily because they bribed them. They might be meaningless to you, but to many others they aren't.

It's been worse before.

As for Q2, they haven't released any information on it. Since they aren't a publicly traded company (yet), they don't have to say anything about their profits.

Regardless, it's not my job to prove that they're doing better; it's your job to prove they're doing worse.

Well, after Q1 there have been dupe incidents which were not addressed in ANY way, number of hackers increasing exponentially to the extent that many maps in the game are completely unplayable, login issues which haven't been experienced (not in such a high number) before and much, much more.

I think those are good enough reasons to think it's going worse than before, and if they aren't to you, it's your problem.

I'm going to leave the discussion here because it got to a point I don't think it's even worth to keep answering to your posts anymore.
