That's true, yeah. I heard they underpay their developers a lot, and that's probably why some of their best ones such as NxProse left for better job proposals, even after planning big things for the game such as a completely new continent (I'm obviously talking about Masteria). That, or he just found the new job proposal much better than his current one.

But this is just more speculating.

The speculations have ground for the most part. I recall seeing a thread once on SP (can't find it for the life of me though) where it showed staff positions in developer work, GM's, website maintenance, etc. All of which yielded US minimum wage (slightly a bit more for GMs funnily enough). So seriously, why work for Nexon and exhaust your talents when a burger flipper at the local fast food restaurant nets the same pay as you?
